Hackers are now targeting WhatsApp users by tricking people into revealing their 6-digit verification codes or by hijacking their SIM cards. Once they get access, they can impersonate you, scam your contacts, or steal personal information.

✅ Stay Safe — Simple Rules:

Never share your WhatsApp code (even if a friend or family member “asks” for it).

Enable 2-Step Verification:

Go to Settings → Account → Two-step verification → Turn on.

Set a 6-digit PIN and recovery email.

Add a security PIN with your mobile network to prevent SIM-swap attacks.

Ignore suspicious links or calls claiming to be from “WhatsApp Support.”

If you suddenly get logged out, re-register immediately with your number and report to WhatsApp.

This horrific incident, in which innocent Christians gathered in a vigil were savagely attacked, is an affront to every principle of humanity, decency, and civilized society.
