Of Boris Johnson's No Security Threat In Nigeria.

A Nigerian newspaper recently quoted former British Prime Minister as saying that there is no insecurity in Nigeria.

In a well curated delivery at a conference in Owerri, Imo State, Johnson was quoted as saying:

"I want you to know that when I decided to come to Owerri, I read some things, and there were people saying, ‘There may be some security problems in Nigeria.’ Have you heard that? And I said, ‘Well, I am going to go anyway.’

And when asked if he felt safe, he unhesitatingly responded,

"Yes, we all feel safe. And I feel perfectly safe."

And I say, Mr. Johnson, you have a right to your own opinions and I say, of course you must feel safe in the luxurious comfort of Imo State Government House.

However, I throw you this challenge: Take a public bus ride from Owerri to Abuja and if your definition of safe and safety doesn't change, then my name is not Pastor Obierika.
